A: Our standard MOQ for customized production is between 3,000 to 5,000 pieces. However, we do maintain stock for lower MOQ trial orders.
Q: How long does it take for samples and mass production?
A: Existing samples take 2-3 days, while customized samples take 7-10 days. Mass production for MOQ usually requires 25-30 days.
Q: What file formats are required for custom printing?
A: Please provide your artwork in high-quality vector formats such as AI, CDR, or EPS for the best printing results.
Q: Are samples free of charge?
A: We provide existing samples for free. For custom designs, a fee is charged which is refundable once an order of 5,000pcs is placed.
Q: What color options are available for the bottles?
A: We offer standard colors like red, blue, green, and transparent. We can also produce any customized color if you provide a PANTONE number.
