Existing factory samples are free (freight excluded). Customized samples require a fee, which can be returned after placing a formal order.

What is the production timeline for large orders?
For orders under 50,000pcs, the lead time is 15-35 days. Larger quantities are negotiable.
Which ports do you typically ship from?
Our regular FOB ports are Guangzhou or Shanghai, but we can ship from any port in China as per your requirements.
What are your standard payment terms?
For TT, we require a 30% deposit with the balance due against shipping documents. We also accept Irrevocable LC at sight.
