Yes, our glass materials (common, high white, and crystal white) are all food-grade and lead-free. They pass SGS and FDA testing to ensure complete safety for users.
Can I get free samples?
Yes, free samples are available. Only the freight cost is covered by the customer, which is refundable once a formal order is placed.
How is the safety of the package handled?
We use bubble bags/foam for smaller orders and standard export pallets or safe egg-packing cartons for bulk orders. We guarantee a breakage rate of under 0.2% and compensate for any defects in the next order.
What surface decorations can be customized?
We support custom logos via screen printing, hot stamping, frosting, decal firing, and label printing based on Pantone color numbers.
What are the shipping and delivery terms?
Samples ship within 24 hours. Small orders take 7-10 days, while large orders require 20-25 days. We support shipping via Express (DHL/UPS), Air, Sea, or Rail.
