Specialized barrier bottles manufactured through "co-extrusion". This process combines different types of plastic material together, giving the bottles necessary strength to contain aggressive chemicals like pesticides that would otherwise deteriorate other packaging solutions.
1. Outer Layer: HDPE for strength, durability, and moisture protection.
2. Tie Layer: Adhesive layer binding the outer and inner barrier layers.
3. Barrier Layer: Inner EVOH layer protecting contents from oxygen and resisting aggressive chemicals.
Spanning over 60,000 square meters, our facilities feature 150+ sets of injection-blow and extrusion-blow molding machines. We operate under EPR principles and hold global certifications including BSCI, GRS, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and FDA.
